The Decision Support Readiness Assessment and Roadmap is a document detailing how prepared an organization is for creating a decision support environment.  An information expert will work with you via phone and email to create an initial list of questions your managers must answer to make good decisions.  Then, that person will come to your organization for 3 days to assess your situation, and will create a report within the next week.  The report will detail the steps needed to progress down the right path towards better decision-making.
